This was better then the first book because there was more character development! In the first book, it talks more about the School and where they children came from whereas the second book talks more about the characters themselves and who their parents are. There were even more parts that made you want to bang your head to the wall because you need to wait until the third book comes out to know what happens. Additionally, there are a lot more action! I recommend this book and the series to be read!
