Rules and Regulations

• You must have your own site or something that can be linked back to you.
• You need to add the banner (at the top) before you enter.
• You MUST have a resource or credits section somewhere on the pre-made.
• The layout needs to be compatible in all servers.
• The designing and coding must be done by you.
• Hentai/porn is absolutely forbidden.
• Keep profanities to a minimal.
• Please provide a 225x150 preview image (example) and the URL to your pre-made.

The contest has no theme, except it has to be a div layer typed layout. Contest ends on October 02, 2009!
